- The ‘Dorotheenstraße 5A student residence’ is part of the residential complex in Dorotheenstraße. It was completely renovated from April 2021 to August 2022. The ‘Dorotheenstraße 5B hall of residence’ was completely refurbished from September 2022 to March 2024.
- It is located directly on Herrenhausen Market. The university area of Herrenhausen can be reached in just a few minutes by tram.
