• The "Dorotheenstraße 5A residential building" is part of the Dorotheenstraße residential complex. It was completely renovated from April 2021 to August 2022.
• It is located directly on Herrenhausen Market. The university area of Herrenhausen can be reached in just a few minutes by tram.
• 129 students will find a place to live here in single flats (also barrier-free), 1.5-room flats and shared flats.
• We are working to create and maintain affordable student housing. We are currently renovating Dorotheenstraße 5B. The residential building, which was built in 1965, is being renovated to improve energy efficiency, and in the course of this we are also adapting the floor plans and updating the technical utilities. Please note that this may lead to some disruptions in the form of construction noise in the Dorotheenstraße residential complex and in the International Quarter. The construction work is expected to last until Spring 2024.
