• 32 female students find a place to live here in single room apartments, 2-room apartments and in a shared apartment.
• The rent is incl. electricity, heating and water. Internet is not included.
• The residence is only for women.
• We are working to create and maintain affordable student housing. We are currently renovating the "Wohnhaus Emdenstraße". Construction is expected to last until September/October 2023. We ask for your understanding.
