• The "Wohnhaus Hufelandstraße" is located in a rather quiet residential area in the direct vicinity of the student-oriented Linden district.
• 165 students find a place to live here in single room apartments and an apartment
• We are working to create and maintain affordable student housing. For this reason, we are currently adding 50 places to the Hufelandstraße residential building. The first construction phase with 25 places was already completed in October 2022. Further work is expected to continue until April 2023 and will affect in particular the rear building and the outdoor facilities. Please note that there may therefore be some disruptions in the form of construction noise in the residential building.
